This is a privately owned apartment which boast a large lounge area with lovely views from both windows. Sliding patio doors lead one on to the terrace where there is table and chairs views toward the beach and Mediteranean Sea. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with oven/hob, kettle, toaster, and fridge. There are two bathrooms. The bedrooms are bright, with fitted wardrobes. There is a utility room with washing machine, sink and storage cupboard. The communal pool has grass areas and sun shades for relaxing and sunbathing, with restaurant and overlooking the pool. Please note that due to the hillside location Capistrano Playa is not suitable for those with restricted mobility, although there is a lift to the apartment.
