On the outskirts of Nerja along the coast road you arrive at Ladera del Mar. The apartment is set within a cove elevated high on the hillside boasting spectacular, stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment is set within a small block of apartments overlooking the heart- shaped communal pool and gardens. Being so close to the Sea, and facing South, the terrace enjoys full sun all day. This is an ideal place to leave the noise and crowds of Nerja town, and to enjoy a real paradise of exotic plants, peace and quiet, and breathtaking views. Our apartment is bright and modern throughout. It has air-conditioning in the lounge which leads through sliding doors on to the terrace. Here you can use the table and chairs and sun-loungers on the terrace. The kitchen is fully fitted and again modern with all the utilities you would expect. The double bedroom also has a sliding door with leads you on to the terrace to enjoy the early morning sun. There is plenty of parking space here, and Nerja is only a 5 minute drive away. There is a hotel and restaurants within walking distance and the beach is literally only 5 mins walk away.
