Located near shops, bars, cafes and restaurants this apartment is perfect for those not wishing to hire a car. Through the main door you enter a small hallway that takes you in to the spacious lounge which has two comfortable sofas, T.V, DVD, Video and Hi-Fi system, and coffee table. The lounge also has air- conditioning for those hot Summer months. The dining area seats 4 and is part of the lounge area. From the lounge there is a glass door that takes you out on to the open air terrace with table and chairs, and has views of Nerja and the mountains. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with a double bedroom (large and spacious) and the other with twin beds. A modern fully equipped kitchen has been fitted with everything you could possible need. The bathroom has bath/shower, basin and WC. The pool is located on the roof terrace accessed by a small flight of stairs from the apartment. Here there are sun-loungers and furniture to relax and sunbath. Smoking is only allowed outside on the terrace or the roof terrace. This apartment is very bright and modern, close to all amenities (Balcon de Europa 10 mins walk), and especially the beaches and restaurants. A "meet & greet" service is available. Airport pick-up available at a cost of €60 each way (payable locally)
