Our delightful one-bedroom villa is set at
the top of a small cluster of Andalucian
village-style houses in beautiful San Juan
de Capistrano, immediately next to the
national park of the Sierra Almijara, so
the kitchen looks out directly onto open
country.
The large (26 square metre) private,
south-west facing terrace is partly open
and partly roofed over, to provide a
choice of sun or shade, and enjoys a
breathtaking panoramic view over the
whole of Nerja and several kilometres of
coastline.
The villa, which is accessed via a gentle flight of steps, with a parallel ramp for
pushchairs Etc, is located only about 200 metres from the fabulous community
pool, which is open from late March to October.
The open-plan accommodation comprises fully fitted kitchen, including
washing machine, dining area, lounge with sofa bed ( converts to two single
beds ) and French windows, which open onto the terrace. The fully-tiled
bathroom has recently been completely refurbished to a very high standard,
and includes shower, w.c. and vanity basin. The twin bedroom has a built-in
wardrobe and French windows, which also open onto the terrace.
