Almijara is a lovely apartment that has
been totally refurbished to a very high
standard. As you enter through the door
you get the feel of a brand new apartment
as everything has been replaced. The
owner has spared nothing in getting it to a
standard that is acceptable in the modern
world.
The lounge has a comfortable sofa with 2
armchairs to match, with modern furniture
and satellite flat screen TV. The kitchen is
fully fitted with all the modern equipment
and lighting. There are two bedrooms with
one twin and the other has a double bed.
Through a modern sliding door leads you on to the terrace. As this apartment is
situated on the secondfloor you are greeted by panoramic views over Nerja and
Almijara's communal pool. Also from the terrace, opposite one can watch a
variety of sports. The terrace has table & chairs to relax with and enjoy the all
day sun.
Almijara is located with all the convenience of the town, and only 10 min walk to
the famous Burriana Beach. There is easy parking and a lift for easy access to
the apartment. The pool is large with plenty of grass areas to sun-bath.

with the balance due 6 weeks before
departure. Both are non-refundable and
are payable by cheque or bank transfer.
Bookings are normally from Saturday to
Saturday. Mid week bookings considered.
Arrival after 3pm and departure by 10am.
