There are several terraces around the property, the main ones being; between the two buildings with a raised pond, large roof terrace on the finca and another running the length of the villa and leading to the pool.

The property is surrounded by 8500m2 of private, managed land, with various fruit trees growing; lemons, oranges, walnuts, olives etc. It also adjoins the natural park which has many beautiful walks spanning the mountains, gorge and along the river.
