on this floor is twin bedded room with en suite shower room.
Downstairs are 3 more bedrooms, all with twin beds, and a full modern bathroom. One bedroom has french windows leading onto a patio. Another has a wash hand basin and the fourth bedroom is accessed through this one. All rooms are twin bedded and all have ceiling fans.
The small walled garden is secluded and secure for children. The pool is only 2 mins walk from the garden gate. All amenities are within a few mins walk, including shops, retaurants, bars, tennis and lovely walks in the mountains behind. Nerja and the beach are only 20 mins walk and a regular bus service supplies El Capistrano. Golf is 20 mins by car.

A non refundable deposit of 20% should be paid at the time of booking and the remainder paid 6 weeks before departure. At this time a £50 deposit should be paid,refundable provided no damage other than normal wear and tear occurs. Special rates are available for long lets.
