One of the few villas
situated at sea-level, with no hills to climb.This is a spacious two-bedroom
villa with all modern amenities, and furnished to a high standard. All
floors are marble and everything brand new. The lounge is bright with
a fireplace and sofas TV (English channels), dining area. Sliding doors
lead you on to the terrace with table & chairs and parasol. From the
terrace you can look down upon the private swimming pool, but is accessed
from the lower terrace. Also there is a roof terrace accessed by a spiral
staircase with sea views to the South. The bedrooms comprise of one double
and one twin bedroom with air-conditioning.The is a full bathroom and
also a guest toilet.
The beach is very
close (100m away) as is the local supermarket. There are several excellent
restaurants/bars along the beach. Nerja town centre is a 15min walk, or
you can take the bus which runs every half hour, so car-hire isn´t
really needed.
This is an excellent
property for those looking for a modern, luxury property at an affordable
price.
