The villa is ideal for family holidays and for those wishing to take a break anytime in the year.
The terrace is South facing and so receives the sun from early morning to late in the day, as the terrace area wraps around the villa.
The villa has 2 bedrooms , the downstairs bedroom has two single beds with a fully tiled ensuite shower room, equipped with halogen lighting, a heater, and fitted with shower/wc. The upstairs bedroom has a large kingsize size bed. Each bedroom has windows with traditional Spanish wooden shutters freestanding drawers, and built in wardrobes.
The fully tiled bathroom has an enclosed bath/shower and is fitted with halogen lighting , electric heater and a hair drier.
The well equipped large kitchen is lit by halogen lighting and is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven , fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher,washing machine ,toaster, electric kettle, iron plus board and opens out onto the terrace.
The longe/dining room is finished in a rustic style with open fire and exposed beams and a high sloping ceiling supported by Moorish arches. For the winter months there is a cosy log effect gas fire set in a traditional fireplace to take the chill off the winter evenings.There are two settees together with dining table and seating for 4 opens out onto the terrace through double french doors.
For comfort there are fans in the summer and electric radiators in the winter, together with the gas log fire.
There is a lot to do in Nerja, but should you need it we have a satellite receiver with extensive European coverage and cable television which has all the main UK channels, there is also a video and DVD .
The terrace is equipped with loungers,table and chairs and a built in barbecue .There is a large wind out awning and sombrero which provides shelter from the sun.
The terrace is not overlooked and has panoramic views across the well tended landscaped gardens and palm trees of the estate to an ancient arched aqueduct with the sea beyond (not overlooking hundreds of rooftops!).
