This villa is located in the quiet area of Chumbera Hill. A small 'pueblo' style group of villas, with narrow walkways and cascading fountains and waterfalls. The villa has it's own private swimming pool. From both terraces there are majestic views toward the Sierra del Almijara mountains that sweep down to the sea. Casa Madrono is a three bedroom villa. The main bedroom has a 'queen' size bed, and views toward the sea, also an en-suite bathroom/shower with W.C. The two other bedrooms are both twin, and the lounge has two sofa beds so there is a possibility of 8 persons being accommodated. The lounge has sliding doors to the front leading on to a wonderful terrace with BBQ and the rear terrace enjoys lovely views of the sea. Also there is a roof terrace with panoramic views, that features a fridge and second BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern units. For comfort during the hot Summer months, there are ceiling fans and heating in the Winter. The private pool measures 6m x 4m and is enclosed within a private wall with colourful flowers overhanging. There are plenty of chairs and sun-loungers around the pool. A luxurious villa with marble floors, granite work surfaces in the kitchen and everything you could ever need to make you have a most enjoyable holiday. |
