This rustic style town house is located in the much sought after area of Nerja, La Hacienda. Being so close to the famous Burriana beach and elevated on the hillside, this makes it an ideal central place to enjoy your holiday.

The house is part of a group of houses that surround the communal swimming pool and grass areas. The is a private entrance making it totally safe for children to swim & play in the pool. Inside the house you have a bright lounge with the sun streaming through the French doors that leads on to the large terrace with magnificent views towards the Mediteranean Sea. As the terrace is South-facing it receives sun most of the day, so you will appreciate the sun awning that can be used to provide some shade. There is a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, kettle, toaster, oven/hob etc.. Also there is a cloakroom with toilet and basin. Upstairs there is the bedrooms, with little balconies from each bedroom giving you more wonderful views of the mountains and sea.

There are plenty of beachside restaurants and cafes on Burriana Beach serving paellas, fresh fish, and a variety of international dishes. There are many activities to be found on the beach. Nerja centre is just a 10 minute walk to the Balcon de Europa making this an ideal base for those wanting everything within easy reach.
