The Costa Tropical is a beautiful area of Spain on the south coast. The property is located in a Spanish Village, "Casarones" near the towns of La Mamola and Castell de Ferro in the province of Granada.

It is only a 2 minute walk down to the beach and is about an hour's drive from the famous Alhambra Palace in Granada and the skiing resorts of the Sierra Nevada.

The house is an end house located on a quiet narrow street in the quaint town of Casarones. It has 5 bedrooms, lounge and dining room, modern kitchen adjacent to the dining area. In the lounge is a wood burning stove for those cooler Winter months. It also has 2 bathrooms, and a large roof terrace with panaramic view of the sea. It is close to Spain's main N-340 coastal highway and is within a short drive of 3 popular airports. Granada - GRX - 45 - 60 minutes Almeria - LEI - 60 minutes Malaga (AGP) - 100 minutes. The local town hall, as well as the regional government for the province of Granada and the region of Andalucia, are making significant investments in the area to promote growth in the region. This includes building new golf courses, hotels, retail commercial centres and of course, homes and apartments. Other major towns that are an hour or less away from this picturesque location include Almeria, Roquetas de Mar, Almerimar, Castell de Ferro, Calahonda, Motril, Salobreña and of course, Granada.
