It overlooks the El Playazo beach and enjoys wonderful South facing sea views, which have been enhanced for your enjoyment, even more so once the fully folding double glazed doors are opened. The apartment building is set in well maintained private courtyard garden in a select area of Nerja, adjacent to the 5 star Perla Marina Hotel.


The apartment is ideally located and just 5 minutes walk from the main shopping area of Nerja, which has a wide choice of cafes and restaurants and also features a large open air market each Tuesday. There are also two large supermarkets nearby. The beautiful old town with its many shops, restaurants and bars is a 10 minute pleasant walk away and surrounds the Balcon de Europa, with its famous views of the coast and mountains. The atmosphere here is lively and great fun, with live music, street entertainment, caricaturists and horse-drawn carriages to keep you entertained! Nearby, within easy reach by car or public transport, are the Caves of Nerja, the delightful village of Frigiliana and two aqua parks (15kms away), so there is plenty to do and see. The apartment is only two minutes away from the blue flag Torrecilla Beach, with its clear blue water or if you prefer, there is access to a tree lined private pool overlooking the beach.


We have recently completed major refurbishment, which has increased the size of the lounge and dining area, allowing you to enjoy of the stunning panoramic view. There is a new fitted kitchen, new tiling and new electrical wiring for your comfort and safety. The apartment can comfortably sleep six, with two double bedrooms as well as the sofa turning into a double bed. There are also additional sleeping facilities available if required.
