This apartment Las Rosas is a bright and spacious two-bedroom apartment in a quiet area only 20 min walk from Burriana Beach and the centre of Nerja.

The gardens are an array of colour with many flowers surrounding the apartment, especially the roses (Las Rosas).The complex has a good size pool & childrens spash pool, and open all year,except in Winter. Times of opening each day are regulated to ensure quiet evenings and the pool & gardens are kept in excellent condition by the caretaker. For extra security walls surround the apartments and gardens, with key access for residents only.

A tastefully decorated apartment with all modern amenities. The terrace is very spacious and has a built-in bar-be-que. For those very hot Summer days there is a sun canopy providing adequate shade.

Parking is never a problem, if you desire to hire a car, and a regular bus service is close by. For shopping there is a well stocked supermarket only 2 mins walk.

N.B Winter Lets

The cost of one month is only £450. A discount is also available for longer lets. Although the outdoor pool is closed from November to Easter, we are only a few minutes walk away from the newly opened public swimming pool. We also benefit from the close proximity of a large Supersol and local bars and restaurants.
