This holiday apartment is located just 1 km inland from the coastline between Nerja and Torrox Costa. This area is known as Torrox Park, the garden by the sea. Everywhere you look you have spectacular views of the mountains and views to the Mediterranean. Just a few steps away from the apartment you will find a large swimming pool, tennis courts and a bar/restaurant.
The apartment has
2 bedrooms with livingroom with kitchen. From the livingroom, there are
patio doors leading to the terrace and gardens. This is a peaceful setting
to enjoy the afternoon sun.
Nerja is 5 mins away by car, along the beautiful coast road that passes many popular beaches and restaurants. The nearest beach to Penoncillo is Playa Penoncillo which is only a few steps from the apartment.
Above prices include laundry & electricity with the exception of long term lets where electricity will be charged seperate. Extras such as cots, highchairs, wheelchairs and arrival food parcels are available by special arrangement and at extra cost.
Damage deposit = 300 euros (refundable). Pets? = double deposit please.
Long Term Rental - January 7th-March 31st or November 1st-December 20th @ £270.00 per month.

months rental as a deposit + 1 months rental in advance. Clients to pay
utility bills, water/electric.
A deposit of £83.00 per week is required for Low season and £215.00 for the High season.
Payments are to be made at least 8 weeks in advance or deposit and full payment for late bookings.
A booking form and terms and conditions of rental will be sent out for completition.
