comfortable sitting room with Sat TV and CD player. There are ceiling
fans for summer and wall heaters for winter. A large wall safe for valuables
has been installed.
All essential amenities
are within easy walking distance: pool, shop, bar and restaurant all 3
mins, tennis 5 mins. Both Nerja town and Burriana Beach are 20 mins walk
and a regular bus service supplies El Capistrano. Golf is 20 mins drive
and there are wonderful walks and pony trekking in the mountains behind
El Capistrano.
A non refundable deposit of 20% should be paid at the time of booking and the remainder paid 6 weeks before departure. At this time a £50 deposit should be paid,refundable provided no damage other than normal wear and tear occurs. Special rates are available for long lets.
