This apartment is ideal for families as it has a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool.The maximum number to stay in the apartment is 5 people. The main bedroom has a double bed and there are 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom. There is also a living room/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a big terrace with a wonderful view overlooking the Mediterranean sea, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, SKY TV with satellite channels (English), DVD, Radio/CD, plus an integral garage. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard. The dining room includes a table which seats 6 people. There are 8 chairs with cushions, a double sofa bed, 2 armchairs, a bookshelf and tables. The apartment has air conditioning. Out on the terrace there is a big wooden table with six wooden chairs, two sun beds, all with cushions and there are ceiling fans in all rooms. Guests may also use the pool which is shared with some other nearby apartments. The apartment is located in a very quiet area without any traffic. The road up to the house is brand new and is well lit with lamp posts on either side. There is also a garage available with a remote control door. |
