The lounge is bright and spacious with comfortable sofas and furniture to make your stay most enjoyable. One of the sofas converts to a double bed. There is a TV with English channels. The lounge leads on to a large balcony through sliding doors. The views from the balcony overlook the communal pool towards the sea and mountains. There is a BBQ here on the balcony. The kitchen has been designed and fitted with care. It has all the modern appliances one needs including a washing machine, and microwave. The bedrooms have twin beds and the main bedroom also has a balcony to sit on with sun in the afternoon and evening.
The communal pool is enclosed within a private wall and can only be accessed through a gate with key. There are plenty of chairs and sun-loungers around the pool.
Casa Kiwi is located in the quiet area of Chumbera Hill. A small 'pueblo' style group of villas, with narrow walkways and cascading fountains and waterfalls.
A 10% deposit secures a booking. Payment is expected 8 weeks prior to departure, upon which time keys will be sent.
A £100 breakage deposit is also taken upon time of final payment, and will be returned after the holiday.
